An autobiography of Robert G. DeLong, neurologists of Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, is presented. He was born in 1936 in Indiana and studied at DePauw University. He then enrolled in a medical school in Boston, Massachusetts and later was introduced to neurological research by Dick Sidman, his mentor. He is married with four children. His accomplishments include autism, clinical pediatric neurology, and iodine deficiency disorders and cretinism research in China. |
