The article reports on the enactment of an emergency legislation that allows terminated automobile dealers from Chrysler Corp. and General Motors Corp. an extension to sell inventoried new vehicles in California. The state's legislation enacted the legislature which is sponsored by the California New Motor Vehicle Board. Under the law, it is considered illegal when automobile makers prevent dealers from acquiring or maintaining other franchise. |
