| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which predicts the dissolution profile of intact tablets using the diffuse transmission near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Study shows that the NIR prediction has provided a fast as well as an exact means of non-destructively assessing tablets, which is in step with the initiatives of Process Analytical Technology (PAT). The authors conclude that the finding implies a relief of laboratory workload from dissolution testing. |
