| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study on the MEKK3 expression with nuclear factor κ B activity and the role of antiapoptic genes in ovarian cancer. A background on ovarian cancer and the effect of nuclear factor κ B in the development of cancer is given. The study uses Western blotting and real-time polymerase chain reaction. Results show that ovarian cancer with high MEKK3 also showed high nuclear factor κ B activity. It concludes that MEKK3 plays an important role in tumors. |
