Abstrakt: The article examines the justice on the punishment of some service members who voice publicly their contempt for the U.S. President George W. Bush concerning the opposition to the war in Iraq. According to the author, punishment like courts-martial should be reserved for horrific offenders who take their criminal conduct to greater offense. He emphasizes that regardless of the form of punishment, all commanders should balance and preserve the free speech rights for the best interests of justice.
