| Abstrakt: |
The article reports the efficiency of fly ash in mitigating alkali-silica reaction (ASR). Data from previous studies were used to evaluate the effectiveness of fly ashes in avoiding ASR based on their chemical composition. Moreover chemical index was used to characterize the chemical constituents of fly ash and cements as well as to evaluate the efficiency of ashes that did not meet either specifications. |
