The article announces the success of the meeting held by the Franklin County Teachers' Institute in Franklin County, Ohio. The event focused its discussion on physiology and 29 states are requiring the subject to be taught, especially with reference to narcotics and stimulants. The speaker showed the close link between physiology and psychology. A series of lectures on the kindergarten and primary work. |
