Abstrakt: |
Information about several topics discussed at a meeting of the Central Ohio Teachers' Association held in Springfield, Ohio is presented. Professors E. M. Van Cleave and E. Kate Slaght of Dayton discussed that the need for teachers of broad culture and the proper literary material will cultivate in children a desire for good reading. Professor A. W. Coy of Cincinnati stated that Latin courses like Cæsar, Virgil and Cicero will not be completed in the four years' preparatory course. |
