Abstrakt:	The article provides information on the case study involving an 8-year-old boy who was consulted for repeated wide complex tachycardia, a condition of abnormally rapid heartbeat. The case revealed that when he was still four years old, he exhibited an acute heart failure due to a wide complex tachycardia with right bundle block morphology and left axis deviation resistant to adenosine. Discussions of the mechanisms of the wide and narrow complex tachycardias are presented.
