Abstrakt:	The article focuses on exploring the complexities of violence, victimhood & power dynamics through a visceral and personal lens. Topics include the metaphorical and literal aversion to sensuality; the dehumanizing effects of societal violence; the cyclical nature of trauma and suffering within families; and the paradox of cruelty and its lack of genuine pleasure, contrasting it with the hawk's predatory joy, while reflecting on historical injustices and personal suffering.
