Abstrakt:	The author comments on pediatric palliative care, a universal right for anyone facing a chronic, serious or life-limiting illness, in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC). She talks about the uneven distribution of access to palliative care around the world, pediatric palliative care in LMICs, and the importance of developing and implementing pediatric palliative care education training programmes for healthcare workers.
