Abstrakt: Researchers at the National School of Public Health in Cuba conducted an evaluation of the multi-sector participation in the national response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic from 2007 to 2008. The study highlighted improvements in organization, planning, and integration among sectors, leading to a decrease in discrimination and stigma against people living with HIV. The findings suggest that a strong national response involving various sectors, including civil society, is crucial for controlling the epidemic and enhancing the quality of life for those affected. The study emphasizes the importance of autonomy, emotional involvement, and alignment with project goals in achieving successful outcomes in combating HIV/AIDS. [Extracted from the article]
