This study aims to improve educational practices in higher education by investigating the social dynamics governing user behaviour in the digital humanities domain with the use of AI. We set out to analyses various aspects of user engagement and interaction in this dynamic digital domain against the backdrop of the current educational landscape. This study applies a sociological perspective to learn more about the complex networks of interactions created and transformed by user actions in academic institutions and contributes to providing differentiated knowledge about the dynamics of change in teaching practices by drawing attention to the convergence of technology, the social and technological aspects, and the educational landscape using advanced AI methods. The results of this research recommend strategies for improving educational practices with AI practices for classroom implications, using AI-enabled resources to investigate how different cultures have shaped educational experiences. One such resource is an online classroom that considers students' cultural backgrounds and uses artificial intelligence algorithms to tailor lessons to each individual's needs. Students test the influence of cultural variables on pedagogical practices through AI-powered simulations. In addition, learning Pancasila and citizenship education supported by AI provide access to knowledge, learning experiences, and a productive learning culture. Implementation of artificial intelligence and virtual reality experiences takes pre-service teachers on a captivating adventure and ensures that educational materials are a more realistic representation, improving critical thinking skills, creative thinking, and the skilled design of smart learning classroom culture through AI collaborative projects.
