Abstrakt: This article examines the correlation between the coefficient of friction and braking distance/time. Through comprehensive experiments and data collection, it was observed that as the coefficient of friction between a vehicle's tires and the road surface increased, the distance and time required for braking decreased proportionately. Factors such as tire state, road conditions, and vehicle weight, and braking system efficiency were considered. This correlation emphasizes the pivotal role of friction in vehicular safety, warranting further research and technological advancements in this domain. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
