A recent study conducted by Kunming Medical University in China examined the health lifestyles of six Zhiguo ethnic groups. These groups, known as "the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups," have experienced significant lifestyle changes in recent decades. The study found that three prevalent health lifestyles were identified among the Zhiguo ethnic groups: unhealthy lifestyle, mixed lifestyle, and healthy lifestyle. The research suggests that targeted interventions should focus on improving health outcomes within these communities, particularly among single male farmers aged 30-49, and expanding healthcare coverage for individuals who live more than 15 minutes away from accessible facilities.
