The article focuses on evaluating the customer value literature through bibliometric analysis to clarify its conceptual and empirical foundations. Topics include identifying key influences and co-citation patterns in the field; the evolution of customer value research over time; advancing an integrative framework that maps its complex relationships with other constructs; and suggest future research directions for enhancing understanding and application of customer value. |
