Abstrakt: As a super-priority travel region in Indonesia, Likupang requires extensive development of its sea transportation facilities and infrastructure to support the acceleration of national tourism. The purpose of this research is to analyze the services of sea transportation facilities and infrastructure that support Likupang tourism; determine the types of tourist ships (yachts) and docks needed to improve Likupang tourism services. The analytical methods used are: a) weighting the performance of sea transportation services, b) analysis of the need for the number of yacth, and c) analysis of the needs of the type of pier based on comparison with best practice. The results of the analysis show that the level of service of ships, ports, and accessibility of the Likupang port is adequately (service rating 60%). There are several indicators that must be improved, such as the physical condition of the ship, timeliness of departure, ticketing system, availability of docks, availability of supporting facilities at the port, and availability of public transportation from and to the port. We proposed two types of tourist ships developed in this research, namely ships with a capacity of 30 and 80 passengers by providing a floating dock infrastructure that can be anchored by ships with a length of 12-21 meters.
