Abstrakt: A case report from Damascus University in Syria highlights the importance of considering Behcet's disease as a potential diagnosis in patients with hemoptysis (coughing up blood) and a history of orchitis (inflammation of the testicles) and epididymitis (inflammation of the epididymis). Behcet's disease is a chronic systemic inflammatory vasculitis with various symptoms, including oral and genital ulcers, skin lesions, and ocular lesions. While pulmonary artery involvement is uncommon in Behcet's disease, it can be life-threatening. The report describes the case of a 25-year-old male with Behcet's disease who presented with symptoms such as productive cough, hemoptysis, dyspnea, and chest pain. The patient was successfully treated with immunosuppression therapy. This case report emphasizes the need for clinicians to consider Behcet's disease in patients with these symptoms.
