Abstrakt: A recent study conducted at the University of British Columbia examined the surgical management of caesarean scar disorders (CSDi) in women with secondary infertility. The study involved a retrospective case series of 26 patients diagnosed with CSDi between 2008 and 2019. Surgical repair was performed using laparoscopy or hysteroscopy, and postoperative pregnancy rates and outcomes were reported. The study found that surgical repair improved pregnancy rates in patients with secondary infertility and confirmed CSDi. The research provides valuable insights into the management of CSDi and its impact on fertility. [Extracted from the article]
