While the COVID-19 epidemic limits face-to-face interactions in the classroom, learning innovations that are flexible in time and place are required to keep learning activities going and allow students to engage in person. A type of distance learning is e-learning. To provide learning resources to students without requiring them to travel, e-learning uses electronic media and information and communication technology (ICT). Edmodo is an educational management system (LMS). To facilitate learning during the pandemic, teachers at Vocational High School (SMK) XYZ 1 Surakarta use Edmodo as an online learning platform. Application used as a network/online learning remote learning solution. It's an essential and straightforward operation but more complex than it appears. The study found that planning is vital in avoiding difficulties and achieving learning goals. Implementing problem-based learning (PBL) consists of creating curriculum and lesson plans containing PBL model syntax. Teachers play a vital role as a critical factor in the successful use of different learning models and media. They are challenged to continually improve their knowledge and understanding of current learning and learning media models. Teacher acceptance of technology will play an essential role in future learning development. This is necessary because learning processes constantly evolve, and students must adapt as they learn different learning models. Therefore, intensive training on the application of PBL models, training on the preparation of implementation plans and learning strategies for PBL learning, PBL syntax, appropriate application of his PBL under online learning conditions, and his PBL learning assessment process is required.
