Abstrakt: In order to endow cellulose product excellent antibacterial property and make them have a better application prospect in the medical and health field, ε-polyllysine (ε-PL) and tannic acid (TA) were alternately deposited on cellulose/PP composite spunlaced nonwoven materials by layer-by-layer self-assembly (LBL) technology, then (ε-PL-TA) n @ cellulose/PP composite nonwoven materials were prepared. Its surface morphology, chemical structure, pore diameter, antibacterial property and mechanical property were tested and analyzed. The results showed that some gelatinous substances were appeared on the surface of (ε-PL-TA) n@ cellulose/PP materials after assembly. FTIR characteristic peaks of ε-PL and TA were appeared. The mean pore diameter of the assembled (ε -PL-TA)n@ cellulose/PP materials was decreased significantly, the average fiber diameter, mass per unit area, breaking strength and breaking elongation ratio were increased. The breaking strength and breaking elongation ratio of (ε-PL-TA)n @ cellulose/PP materials were increased first and then decreased with the increase of assembly layers number. When the assembly layers was 4.5, the antibacterial efficiency of (ε-PL-TA) 4.5@cellulose/PP composite spunlaced nonwoven material against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were reached 99.1% and 99.9%, respectively.
