Abstrakt: This article discusses the use of circumferential endoscopic submucosal dissection (CESD) with an advanced energy platform called Speedboat Slim (SS) for the treatment of early squamous neoplasia in the esophagus. The study analyzed data from five patients who underwent CESD with SS and found that en bloc resection was achieved in all cases without any complications during the procedure. The use of bipolar energy and preventative administration of steroids showed promising results in reducing the rate of stenosis. Further investigation is needed to explore the effectiveness of CESD with SS in treating squamous neoplasia. [Extracted from the article]
