Abstrakt: A study conducted at Reina Sofia University Hospital aimed to analyze the inflammatory profile of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) patients and identify clinical phenotypes associated with cardiovascular (CV) risk. The study also evaluated the effects of different drugs on RA patients and characterized molecular mechanisms in immune-cell activation and endothelial dysfunction. The results showed that personalized clinical management based on circulating molecular profiles in RA patients has the potential to address CV risk and improve treatment outcomes. The study was supported by Gobierno De Espana Ministerio De Ciencia, Innovacion Y Universidades and Instituto De Salud Carlos III. [Extracted from the article]
