Abstrakt: The article discusses two interventions aimed at improving access to pediatric care and mental health services. The first intervention focuses on optimizing virtual care delivery through the development of a patient-centric appointment reminder system called Visit Guide. The system sends reminders and provides guidance to patients before their telehealth visits, resulting in a decrease in no-show rates. The second intervention describes the implementation of a behavioral health clinical navigator (BHCN) model to effectively connect pediatric patients to behavioral health services. The BHCN serves as a centralized referral point and ensures timely outreach and connection to appropriate services, leading to increased utilization of the service line and improved patient satisfaction.
