A researcher at the Shibaura Institute of Technology in Japan has published a study on the effects of a blended vitamin supplement on cognitive function and muscle decline in aged mice. The study found that continuous intake of the supplement improved spatial cognition and short-term memory in the mice, as well as increased their running distance. The supplement did not have a reinforcing effect on training, but it did lead to a decrease in certain enzyme levels and total cholesterol values. The findings suggest that a blended vitamin supplement may have potential benefits for cognitive function and age-related muscle decline. [Extracted from the article] |
