Abstrakt: In this work, the effect of annealing and thermal cycling on microstructure, phase state, and mechanical and functional properties of a Ti–19.2Zr–15.7Nb (at %) shape memory alloy and obtained by selective laser melting (SLM) was studied. After SLM, the alloy has a dislocation substructure, low plasticity, and exhibits virtually no superelastic behavior. Annealing at 550°C allows to obtain a superior superelastic mechanical behavior of the alloy. Thermal cycling after SLM have no effect on the structure and properties of the alloy.
