A recent study conducted by the University of Indonesia examined the issue of stunting in the East Nusa Tenggara Province of Indonesia. The study found that specific and sensitive intervention programs can help reduce stunting prevalence, and that food access and environmental factors also play a role. The research concluded that a comprehensive and integrated model of stunting control interventions is needed at the individual, family, household, and district levels in the dryland areas of East Nusa Tenggara Province.
