Abstrakt: Studies of the processes of wetting and spreading of silicon-doped aluminium on titanium under the conditions of formation of soldered joints from titanium have been carried out. The influence of flux composition, melt temperature and solder doping degree on the strength of the solder joint and the chemical composition of the transition layer has been established.
