Abstrakt: This article discusses a rare case of Graham Little-Piccardi-Lassueur Syndrome (GLPLS) with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA) in an adolescent girl. GLPLS is characterized by cicatricial alopecia of the scalp, noncicatricial alopecia of the axilla and groin, and follicular spinous papules on the body. FFA is a variant of GLPLS that involves symmetrical involvement of the frontotemporal and parietal regions, diffuse bilateral eyebrow alopecia, and the presence of lonely hairs. The exact cause of GLPLS is unknown, but it is believed to involve T-cell-mediated autoimmunity. Treatment options include topical and systemic medications. [Extracted from the article]
