Domain engineering of domain structure in doped KNbO3 single crystal.

Abstrakt: To explain the ferroelectric materials domain study is important. In the current study the flux methods is used to prepare Fe, Al doped KN single crystal. The domain structure of doped KN single crystal is studied using domain engineering. Currently, a new branch of domain engineering has come into existence in science and technology. Domain engineering is used to study the domain structure of doped KN single crystals. The 60° and 90° domains were observed in the doped KN single crystal. During, the systematic study minute changes were observed which shows that the size of thickness and width of domain walls changes after the doping. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
