Abstrakt: This document provides a summary of a study on the use of transcoronary radiofrequency ablation (TCRFA) as a treatment for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM). TCRFA is a minimally invasive procedure that creates localized myocardial infarction in the hypertrophic septum, relieving dynamic obstruction. The study found that TCRFA had satisfactory safety, technical, and clinical success rates. However, further large-scale studies are needed to confirm the long-term efficacy and safety of this procedure. The study was funded by the Science Technology Platform and Talent Team Plan Projects of Guizhou Province and was approved by the ethics committee of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital.
