Researchers from Chung-Ang University in Anseong, South Korea have conducted a comprehensive review on the biofilm formation of Aeromonas hydrophila in the food industry. The study explores the molecular processes involved in biofilm formation and the impact of intrinsic factors and environmental conditions on biofilm architecture and resilience. The researchers also highlight the potential of bibliometric analysis in understanding the research landscape and identifying knowledge gaps in A. hydrophila biofilm research. The findings emphasize the need for interventions to prevent biofilm development and improve food safety in the industry. [Extracted from the article] |
