Abstrakt: The article offers information on the discourse around quality in early childhood provision, examining various definitions proposed by researchers in health, sociology, psychology, and education. Topics include attempts to identify universal standards of quality, resulting in two broad dimensions: structural quality (related to leadership and management elements) and process quality (related to pedagogy and child-adult interactions).
