Abstrakt: Pyrazole and Oxadiazole in the same molecule are much more interesting due to having vast medicinal applications as antifungal, antibacterial, anti-TB, Hypoglycemia, anticancer, antidepressant, and antipsychotic agents. In the present work, we have prepared pharmaceutical potent derivatives of 2-(5-benzyl-1-oxa,3,4-diazacyclopentadiene-2-ylthio)-1-(4,5-dihydro-3,5-diphenylpyrazol-1-yl)ethanone to resolve the drug resistance issue. Characterization was carried out with ¹HNMR, 13CarbonNMR, FT-IR, and Mass Spectra. These clubbed scaffolds were investigated against bacterial species to confirm theirpotential as a pharmaceutical agent. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
