ZYS991-36 bearing vibration reduction and antirust oil was selected to be a wash-free antirust oil for engines through tests due to the fact that it meets all technical requirements. The wash-free antirust oil has good adaptability not only to the substrate materials commonly used in engines such as steel, brass, aluminum alloy, Zn-plated steel, Cd-plated steel, Ag-plated steel, Sn-plated steel, Cr-plated steel, Ni-plated steel, and chemically oxidized magnesium alloys, but also to the 4050 lubricating oil. It can be used for protecting the parts made of the said materials with poor corrosion resistance in engines, achieving the goal of direct assembly without cleaning after applying the antirust oil to the parts.
