Abstrakt: The compressor is a device to produce pressurized air by compressing the existing air. It is used in industrial activities to support the needs of machines that use pneumatic systems, cooling machines, turbines, and other machines. To industrial activities are not disrupted, the compressor machine used must be properly maintained to identify as early as possible changes due to a symptom of damage that occurs. In this research, a monitoring system is designed that can monitor and document the use of machines and drainage processes in the compressor tank and also analyze the vibrations generated in the compressor engine. The method used in this research is the system engineering process method. This method was chosen because it has a clear structure and provides understanding to the customer in determining the overall system, so that customer needs and requirements can be met in system design. Based on the results of the study, the compressor engine monitoring system design can be successfully built using NodeMCU as a microcontroller, ADXL345 sensor as a vibration value reader used to analyze RMS values, MPU6050 sensor as a voltage level value reader to detect running hours, and limit switches as drainage faucet detector. This system can run in real-time because it is connected to the internet network and the Blynk application. The measurement results when the circuit is attached to the compressor system, show that the resulting RMS value is 5.09 and from the linear regression calculation is 4.14 mm/s. These two values indicate that the compressor engine is in an unsatisfactory condition. From the results of this study, suggestions are given for further researchers to develop an internet of things-based system using a webserver, and carry out developments on the design, so that the design results can be installed more safely and comfortably to use.
