In the digital era, as it is today, accurate information services are needed, coupled with the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, which certainly makes the economy in a country decline, especially Indonesia. People who are undergoing MSMEs are hampered because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has made people change the way they do buy and sell activities online. E-commerce is one of the means or applications for trading via the internet where people can transact to meet their needs. This paper aims to identify the role of E-commerce in helping MSMEs in Indonesia using a systematic literature review method. With this research, researchers hope to identify the role of E-commerce in the national scope, especially in Indonesia. Research to be carried out includes looking for journals about E-commerce in Indonesia, analyzing the development of MSMEs in each of their business fields, reviewing the results of how E-commerce can help MSMEs in Indonesia.
