This article explores the connection between the properties of the vertebrobasilar artery and vestibular symptoms in patients with nonspecific vestibular complaints. The study compared 38 patients with vestibular complaints to 39 healthy individuals and found significant differences in comorbidity, positional nystagmus, and hearing thresholds between the two groups. The study suggests that monitoring the flow rate of the vertebral artery in patients with nonspecific vestibular complaints may be important for early detection of potential vestibular issues. However, the study has limitations in terms of sample size and age range, so further research is needed to confirm these findings. [Extracted from the article] |
