This work deals the comprehensive computational investigations on various lightweight materials under lower thermal load (1 Kelvin) by using advanced coupled engineering approach. The proposed primary application of this work is various aerospace domains such as low thermal surveillance based unmanned aerial vehicles and its components. Since this work focuses base work, the ASTM C1470-20 based computational models are developed. The advanced composite platform (ANSYS ACP 17.2) is imposed in this work and so the pure computational composites are prepared. Additionally, lower thermal analysis is carried out on the developed model through ANSYS Fluent 17.2. The predicted thermal aerodynamic loads are imposed on the prepared computational composites. The structural result shows that CFRP-Woven-Wet is good to withstand perfectly at lower thermal environments based real-time applications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
