Abstrakt: This article examines the impact of intellectual capital (IC) on the operational performance of service companies listed on the Jordanian Amman Stock Exchange. The study focuses on human capital, structural capital, and relational capital, and their influence on operational flexibility, cost efficiency, inventory turnover rate, and asset turnover rate. The findings show that human capital and structural capital have a positive impact on operational flexibility, while human capital and relational capital significantly influence cost efficiency. The study provides valuable insights for enhancing operational capabilities and efficiency in Jordanian service companies and contributes to the understanding of the relationship between intellectual capital and operational performance in the Jordanian context.
