The ballistic missile early warning radar aims to quickly detect the launched ballistic missile and send the information. However, as the launch platform of ballistic missiles diversifies, TBM maneuver toward the target point with numerous launch locations and different trajectories. In addition, it is difficult to predict the performance of radar because it has a very long detection range and a fast operation system. M&S(Modeling and Simulation) analysis tools are needed to analyze weapons such as ballistic missiles that are difficult to test for actual flight and the system that detects them. In this paper, an M&S analysis tool was developed through the ballistic missile model and the early warning radar model. Using this tool, the detection results are visualized according to various ballistic missile scenarios and radar performance. Also, an optimal radar operation method can be derived through radar performance analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
