Abstrakt:	The results of a comparative study of the dynamics of serum hydroxyproline levels in laboratory animals after liver injury during laparoscopy and the cessation of bleeding from liver wounds on application of different local hemostatic agents are presented. The effects of these agents on hydroxyproline levels, which characterizes collagen metabolism, were evaluated. The study results demonstrated significant differences in all experimental groups.
