| Abstrakt: |
This article reports on four infants whom vomiting and jaundice developed within the newborn period. At operation, two proved to have hyperthropic pyloric stenosis, one duodenal obstruction,and one ileal stenosis. Jaundice receded within five days after operation in three of the four infants. The clinical features of the association of jaundice with pyloric stenosis and small-bowel obstructions and the various hypotheses proposed to explain it are presented. |
