Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 3-year-old Chestnut Thoroughbred filly with a recurrent right forelimb (RF) lameness. Examinations showed an ovoid radiolucent lesion with a sclerotic rim, and a diagnosis of an intermediate humeral tubercle osseous cyst-like lesion (OCLL) was made, which was uncommon for lameness for a racehorse in training. The horse's right bicipital bursa was medicated intrathecally, and the filly was sound 12 weeks post-treatment and had returned to training.
