PT Alakaska Extruindo is a manufacturing company that produces steel extraction. Based on the data, the extraction department has a problem with productivity. The preliminary study was conducted using interviews with the workers and obtained some problems. There was no job desk clearly, the workers have to work while on a day off, lack of safety awareness, radiation temperature machine 500°C, and less motivation. This research aim is to analyze the impact of work system, work stress as a moderating variable to productivity. The MOQS questionnaire was used to assess work system, DASS42 for work stress, and productivity questionnaire for productivity variable. SEM-PLS has been used to analyze the relationship of all variables. SEM-PLS results show that organizational conditions and environment have high impacts to productivity. 79.1% of productivity is influenced by work system and work stress, but 20.9% is influenced by the other variables.
