Study on performance of interior partition board with polypropylene fiber reinforced recycled concrete.

Abstrakt: The development of inner partition panel needs to solve the problems of heavy self-weight, large dry shrinkage, and cracks. Polypropylene fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber, it has the advantages of low density, low price, good toughness and high strength. The addition of polypropylene fiber can improve the impact resistance, toughness, crack resistance and other properties of concrete. In researching, Polypropylene fiber significantly improves the tensile properties of recycled concrete. In condition of that the replacement rate of recycled concrete is 50%, the splitting tensile strength can be increased to 2.9 MPa with 0.5 kg/m³ polypropylene fiber, meeting the requirements of C60 concrete strength grade. Using a mixture ratio of 50% volume substitution rate of waste lightweight concrete and 0.5kg/m³ fiber content to prepare interior wall partition plates, it has been tested and meets national standard GB/T23451--2009 "Light weight panels for partition wall used in buildings".
