The Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) that has been developed in this study is intended to simplify the workflow in the physics laboratory and reduce time-consuming documents. Activities in physics laboratories are now increasingly emphasized to be more productive and efficient with less traditional resources. If we look at the typical service process, for example, the various levels of practicum and research for students or lecturers are very diverse. Also consider the number of users both from inside and outside the physics study program who will work in the laboratory to complete the project. The other end of the laboratory function is back-office transaction-oriented processes such as Inventory Management, Materials Management, Finance, and so on. Therefore, the ability of a physics laboratory to process data quickly and its ability to disseminate information efficiently is very important. The resulting LIMS greatly assist the flow of information in the physics laboratory, especially in organizing the components of the physics laboratory as a student center for experimentation.
