The article discusses the approach to determining the dynamic loading of a railway tank-car boiler in order to determine its strength using a developed mathematical model. The resolution system of differential equations is formed on the basis of the Lagrange equation of the second kind using the finite element method. When conducting the study, it was taken into account that the boiler shell was subjected to various types of dynamic loads: radial, longitudinal, tangential. The effect of impulsive load and possibility of resonance appearance are considered. Using the developed method, calculations were made of the tank-car boiler for transporting liquefied natural gas under dynamic loads. As a result, its stressed-deformed states were evaluated under various dynamic loads. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
