Evaluates the usefulness of the television system as a photometric device for obtaining data from living tissue at the microscopic level. Examination of the transit of the azo dyes, Evans blue and Trypan blue from the circulation through the endothelial barrier using the system; Detection of the ability of the system to convert an optical image into an electronic image that can be analyzed quantitatively; Function of the system to produce an image of the area that is being scanned. |
