Abstrakt: Reference 1 Prevalence and Preventability of Adverse Medicine Events in a Sample of Australian Aged-Care Residents: A Secondary Analysis of Data from the ReMInDAR Trial Drug Safety: 19 Apr 2023. Overall, 83% of AEs were preventable, including falls (66% of preventable AEs), bleeding (12%) and dizziness (8%), and 54% of the study cohort had at least one preventable medication-related AE.
